The roof terrace offers a nice escape after bustling city adventures. The hotel's location on a quiet street made it easy to explore local dining spots and the peace at night was a bonus.
Accessing the reception requires navigating about ten steps down, a hassle for anyone carrying bags or dealing with mobility issues. The bathroom amenities left much to be desired. Hand towels resembled kitchen towels and overall towels showed significant wear-and-tear. Breakfast choices felt limited, with the same basic options available daily, and the coffee quality was notably poor.

Amazingly great staff, adequate breakfast, stunning location very close to the famous San Giovanni cathedral which is the oldest in Rome, Vatican, Spanish Steps, and main train station. Very impressed with the good view from our guest room. Really great experience there.

The roof garden was lovely, but the bathroom was too small.

Very nice hotel and comfortable, the location is very good as it is a few blocks from the metro station manzoni. In the area there is not so much but there are some cheap restaurants a few blocks away and many transport to move but if you like to walk you can do it are a problem to go downtown. The normal but rich breakfast and all the staff very friendly. The heating is excellent. Everything very good in that hotel!
When we arrived, they wanted to offer us to change the category of the room for a bigger one. As they were very insistent.. they gave us the possibility to see both rooms but it was not necessary to accept the change since the one we had reserved for the time we were there was more than good. He clarified this since obviously the tannos are insistent on these things but it is always good to make sure first! I couldn't use the genius advantages at the hotel.

The location is great. Metro station is near by. We had an unpleasant experience when we arrived, our room was not cleaned so the first impression was really bad. Other than that, very nice. Colosseum is 10min walk, nice shops, pizza, supermarket, ect...

charming, charming, charming
The little balcony in our room added a lovely touch for enjoying sunset moments. The location was unbeatable, with the Colosseum just a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away.
would recommend 😊💖

The Coliseum is about 20-25 minutes away on foot. There's a terrace that's always open, which is nice. If you're not planning on spending money on a hotel, that's fine. The room was clean enough. The linen and towels are clean. There's a good supermarket down the street. A 10 minute walk to Termini Station, from which there is a train to the airport (the first after 5 am, which was very convenient for us).
The hotel requires interior renovation and repairs. Demolishing, but it's old enough. Lobby and restaurant especially. For breakfast there was only the essentials, but tolerable. They even made brewed coffee once. Keep in mind that you will be charged a tourist tax of 4 euros per person per night, but this is the way it is everywhere in Rome. At reception, two or three times the staff changed, it was not very comfortable every time to communicate with new, unfamiliar people. But they helped with everything they needed. When we lived in a neighboring house, or maybe in the hotel itself, I can't say for sure, it was very noisy from the morning.

The roof terrace was a charming escape. I also discovered a couple of great dining spots nearby, like Sfizio Caffe' and Bistro' al 133, where the flavors are to die for. Oh, and don't miss out on those Moroccan pancakes at breakfast, a good twist to the morning fare!
The room was surprisingly small, completely lacking space for even a chair. The hand towels felt more like kitchen towels, and the toiletries provided were less than generous. Access to the reception involves a flight of stairs, which could be a hassle for those with mobility issues.

Everything but breakfast. Very friendly staff at reception. The top floor terrace is cozy. Close to the subway.
Breakfast is poor. No normal cheese (only melted in cellophane). For Italy, I thought it was weird. Slicing the same kind of cooked sausage is not every day. No eggs. No coffee machine (coffee in thermos). Yogurt of the same kind (peach and strawberry) in industrial buckets, not even moved into another dish. No natural yogurt without additives. As for the room: everything is fine, but oh...very poor lighting, it's a bit difficult for people with not 100% vision. It's frustrating that there's no towel dryer in the bathroom (there's no place to dry the laundry). It is also good to make rails on the steps going down from the front door to the hotel, so it is not difficult to go down with a suitcase to the reception.

Close to city centre and railway station - as in walking distance
size of the room was less than adequate

What a disaster, the reception is hidden way below street level! The towels seemed like they came from a garage sale, and i expected to be showered with little luxuries-nope! I almost gave a good review but the coffee was undrinkable. I just couldn't believe it.

Hotel staff were ok and breakfast is not typical Italian, which means that it is not so bad and small.
At first I chose this hotel because of location - which appeared that it is not so good (it is close to the Termini railway station, its bad and dirty and it is not so comfortable for walking at night) and if you go by foot to the center, with a good tempo you will need about 45min. As second, I dont know how this hotel got 7.3 mark!? I am traveling a lot and I have never in my life been in such a tiny room. The bed, which was for two, was approximately 110cm width and 185 length. Two persons can barely move through the room. Wc is ok. In my opinion this hotel is good if you are a backpacker and you are coming to Rome by train for a day or two until your next train.

The best place to stay for those who choosed to visit city for a tour: great location (15 min walk till Collosseum and till Termini station). Quiet district. Clean, comfortable. Room with teracce - very-very nice!
Poor breakfast (but actually traditinal for italian 3-stars hotels). Ask for cappuchino - it is great there!!! :) Slow internet connection (even for weather checking) До смешного скудный завтрак.Нет горячего.Либо ветчина,либо сыр.Очень маленькие номера и ванные(даже улучшенные).Меняют полотенца только после настойчивой просьбы.Медленный интернет
